About Us
Cobra Karate KZN, an affiliated member of the
International Federation of Funakoshi Shotokan Karate,
Funakoshi Shotokan Karate World & World Union Karate Do Federation was founded by Sensei Denver Moonsamy in 2007 with the first dojo being at the Stonebridge Community Hall thereafter a further 2 Dojos were established. Cobra Karate KZN major aim is have kids and adults learn this wonderful form of martial arts.
Classes also caters for kids diagnosed with Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia. Our aim is to ensure that kids with these conditions are given the opportunities as other fully able kids.
